STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

This document contains the terms and conditions for the purchase and download of digital product(s) available on the website/webshop operated byBe Free In Art Kft, hereinafter referred to as theService Provider, on the website (hereinafter referred to as theWebsite). (e.g.Sayhelo Music Collection).

    • Buyer/Consumer:a natural person purchasing on the Website.

    • Digital Content:digital content provided on a non-tangible medium (e.g. downloadable audio files).

    • Order:the purchase made by the Buyer on the Website.

    7. 3. Formation of the Contract

    1. The Buyer selects the product on the Website and then provides the necessary information during the payment process.

    2. After successful completion of the payment, the Service Provider sends a confirmation email.

    3. The contract is formed upon confirmation.

    8. 4. Prices, Payment

    • The prices of the products are listed on the Website.

    • Payment is made through the payment methods available on the Website.

    • Coupon codes may provide discounts according to the specified conditions.

    9. 5. Delivery of Digital Content (Download/Access)

    • Access/download link to the digital product is available after successful payment, typically in the confirmation email and/or in the user account.

    • It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the technical requirements for downloading (internet connection, compatible device, storage) are met.

    10. 6. Copyright, License

    • The digital content is protected by copyright.

    • The purchasedoes notconstitute a transfer of copyright.

    • The Buyer is entitled to download and store the digital contentfor personal use.The content is prohibited from being:

    • publicly distributed, re-uploaded, shared (e.g., to file-sharing sites, YouTube),

      • sold, rented,

      • used for commercial purposes,

      • modified, and the modified version distributed.

      • 7. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

    11. According to applicable consumer protection regulations, the Buyer has the right of withdrawal for digital content (digital content provided not on a tangible medium),

    however,the right of withdrawalmay be lost, if:the performance has begun (e.g., the download/access has become available), and

    • the Buyer has expressly consented to this in advance, and

    • acknowledged that by starting the performance, they will lose their right of withdrawal.

    • By purchasing on the Website, the Buyer acknowledges that for digital content, access/download will begin after payment.

    12. A Weboldalon történő vásárlással a Vevő tudomásul veszi, hogy digitális tartalom esetén a hozzáférés/letöltés biztosítása a fizetés után megkezdődik.

    8. Incorrect performance, complaint handling

    • If the Customer does not receive access/download link, or if a technical error occurs, please contact us at csaba@sayhelo.info.

    • The Service Provider will attempt to resolve the issue within a reasonable time (e.g., sending a new link).

    13. 9. Limitation of liability

    • The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the continuous operation of the Website, but is not responsible for outages due to internet service, the Customer's device, or third-party services (e.g., payment service provider).

    • The Service Provider is not responsible for compatibility issues on the Customer's side.

    14. 10. Data management

    The management of personal data is governed by the Website'sData Management Information.11. Miscellaneous provisions

    The Service Provider is entitled to modify the General Terms and Conditions. The modification takes effect upon publication on the Website.

  15. Hungarian law is applicable to these General Terms and Conditions.
